Apprenticeship Program

Ark Baptist College believes in practical application of that which is taught in the classroom. As such, from its foundation, Ark Baptist College has utilized the “Apprenticeship Program” with our students. Each person attending Ark Baptist College is required to participate in some form of ministry, whether it be in the local church or one of the outreach programs of Ark Youth Ministries. It includes everything from Ladies Ministries, to Children’s Bible Clubs, to Crisis Prevention Programs in high risk neighborhoods and more. Also, through BMFP’s Mission: Possible Camp, students at Ark Baptist College are encouraged to attend one or more of several Missions Trips offered throughout the year, offering opportunities to work with Church Planters and Missionaries here in the United States, and on the foreign field. All students graduating from Ark Baptist College are required to participate in an extended Missions Apprenticeship. Typically, students serve from six to eight weeks on a Mission Field with an experience veteran missionary. It can all be summarized with this: Ark Baptist College desires to train men and women to glorify God by effectively serving Him.
